First baby looking for support in home after birth with around the house laundry, meals take the baby so I can shower, and lactation support if needed. My husband will be home the first four weeks, so looking for help March and April of 2027 during the day for a few hours a few days a week.

I plan to give birth in a hospital. I am between Rose and St Anthony's North right now. I would like someone covered by Kaiser Permanente insurance because I have doula services covered. I do not have a birth plan yet and need help making one. I want a certified doula who has been practicing for at least 3 years. I am a 37 year old woman and this is my first child after struggling with infertility and loss. I primarily want someone to coach me through stages and help with breast feeding and reading ques.

2nd pregnancy, delivering at Lutheran Hospital, home is in East Central Westminster near Carol Butts Park. Our toddler will be almost 22 months at due date. We have a nanny 3 days a week for our first child, so support is primarily for mom & baby, unless there is an option for other child support that I am unaware of. In search of postpartum doula who helps mom recover, helps mom & dad stay on top of bottle washing and laundry, maybe preps some nourishing food for mom here and there, and takes the lead with baby when mom needs rest during the first 40 days postpartum (# of hrs TBD depending on pricing, maybe 40?) possibly some night shifts if that is an option. Considering a birth doula also but not 100% sure yet, depends of pricing. Also interested in placenta encapsulation services if you/your company provides or if you know of anyone. I have Kaiser. I’m looking at giving birth at Rose Hospital. My budget is based off what my insurance covers. I have heard Kaiser will cover doulas. My birth plan is kinda fluid right now. I’m hoping to have a VBAC. I would like it to be unmedicated and if I can to labor in a tub. I want skin to skin immediately, delayed cord clamping and to not be forced unless my body is fully ready. I refuse to do things on a physicians timeline. I’d prefer the doula to be certified, have an NPI and to have as much experience as I can hope for. This is my 2nd baby so I’d need help making sure this goes as smooth as possible. I would love help around the house post partum but I’m not sure what insurance covers.

This is my first baby and unplanned, we are planning to birth at Littleton Adventist hospital. I reside in Lakewood and we are hoping for someone to help guide us through the process of pregnancy and how to plan for birth and after birth and an additional support person there for birth to help execute my hopes for a birth plan even when things go a different way. I love a holistic approach but have some health complications so we chose a MD rather than a midwife so hoping the doula is able to help us find a balance between the two wishes.
