About Julia

Hello everyone, my name is Julia Unger. I am a certified birth doula and lactation counselor! After having my own children I became especially called toward helping other women in the perinatal space! My style is rooted in autonomy and advocacy. I believe your voice matters—you’re allowed to take up space, ask questions, and make choices. This is your birth, and you deserve to birth in the way that feels right for you.

Birth Doula services

I currently offer a few select packages and a customizable option for birth doula services. I also do separate low cost services for lactation including a basic consult and follow-ups!

I’ve known Julia as a fellow student in my program Lactation Consultant Launchpad (where I also act as a Student Advisor) and she already made a such an impact. She eagerly covers shifts that are available and is always one of the first to step up if it is needed. It really speaks to her character and who she is as a person! Dependable, thoughtful and such a gem to the birth and lactation space. To know Julia is to be so lucky! You will be in wonderful hands.
