My services include gentle sleep conditioning, breastfeeding and lactation guidance, and full newborn care — from feeding and diapering to soothing techniques, tummy time, and establishing healthy daily routines. My goal is to create a calm, nurturing environment where both baby and parents can rest, bond, and thrive with confidence.

The Covenant 12-Hour Night-time Care
Overnight support designed to give parents peaceful rest while ensuring baby receives attentive, loving care throughout the night. Duties include: Feeding and burping the baby during night feedings (breast or bottle). Diaper changes and soothing the baby back to sleep. Monitoring baby’s sleep patterns and adjusting to support gentle sleep conditioning. Cleaning and sanitizing bottles, pump parts, and feeding equipment. Keeping a detailed log of feedings, diaper changes, and sleep times. Preparing and organizing baby supplies for the next day. Performing all baby laundry and maintaining a tidy nursery. Offering morning updates and care notes for parents before the shift ends.

Rock of Ages NCS 24-hour Care
This service provides around-the-clock support for families who want continuous, professional newborn care in the comfort of their home. You’ll receive 20 hours of dedicated care and 4 hours of rest time within a 24-hour period. Care includes: Full newborn care: feeding, diapering, soothing, and gentle sleep conditioning Support with breastfeeding or bottle-feeding Maintaining the baby’s daily routine, including feeding and nap schedules Tummy time and age-appropriate sensory activities to support early development All baby laundry and bottle cleaning Monitoring and restocking baby supplies as needed Accompanying baby to doctor visits, if required Guidance on newborn wellness, comfort, and developmental milestones This package offers peace of mind knowing your baby is cared for day and night, while you get the rest and recovery you need.

Leeann joined our family as a Newborn Care Specialist right when our daughter came home from the hospital and quickly became part of our family. I had originally booked her for 6 weeks, mostly nights only, but she was so incredible that I extended her care to 24 hours, 6 days a week for a full 12 weeks. We are first time parents who had no idea what we were doing, but Leeann stepped in and taught us everything in a way that was non-intrusive and respectful. From sleep schedules, to feeding, to baby's development - Leeann is a true expert in all things newborn. She is also very professional and has a website and LLC for her company. What I loved most about Leeann is the way she cared for our daughter. She treated her like she was her own and was so warm and loving from day 1. As weeks went on, it was amazing to see how engaging she was, taking her on walks, reading to her daily, recommending we get certain toys to help with our baby's development. I would keep Leeann forever if I could. While we're sad to see her go (we're transitioning to a nanny once we go back to work), we would love to help her find an amazing family. I would also be more than happy to speak with anyone who is considering Leeann for newborn care - she is just amazing!!!
