Inova lansdowne, $1000 budged I plan on doing a no epidural induced and natural birth.
I am looking for a doula that accepts D.C Medicaid. I would like generalized support in preparation for a natural birth.
I plan on giving birth in a hospital but am also educating myself on home birth. Budget -$500 (and I have tricare Select as my husband is deployed) I don’t have a plan. I need help
1. Holy Cross Hospital (but am open to changing) 2. 1,000-2,000 (offer payment plans as well) 3. Birth plan (No epidural, no induction, few to no interventions if possible, experience golden hour, wait to cut umbilical cord, low light in room, music playing, but I am willing to add)
Giving birth at Medstar with midwives, unsure about birth plan at this time, not high risk pregnancy, no provider requirements, Tricare East
I plan to give birth in a hospital My budget is whatever tricare my insurance covers . My birth plan is to have a unmedicated birth. I also would like some minimal help after birth specifically on baby information ( latching, post partum help, baby needs)
I want to learn about the birthing process. I am a black woman and want to know all my options besides the ones my doctors say. I am having my baby at holy cross hospital. I am not sure of the price range for a budget. My doctor says I need to have a csection because of my scars from myomectomy.
I’m scared of hospitals I need an advocate and some help to! I rlly need someone in my corner as I go thru this process it is my first and I am petrified
I am 26 years old and this is my first child so I would like someone to just give me advice and basically be there for me through this journey. I would like to give birth at a birthing center close to a hospital if I need to go to it, but I am not opposed to going to the hospital I just don't want to have the baby on my back. My budget is under $2,000 preferably. I also would like to try and breast feed to know what drinks or food I can intake now to help with that. I am also a picky eater so helping me come up with a balanced diet would also be a great help as well. I just would like to prep on what I should be doing each month and things I need to order so that I can already have it before the baby comes.
1. Plan to give birth with midwives in Stafford Hospital 2. I have tricare select. Hoping that it’ll be covered through tricare but willing to pay more if needed. 3. I want an unmedicated natural birth with as minimal interventions as possible. I want to focus on movement throughout labor and mindset, breathing.
As of today, I am planning to give birth at GMBC, I am an OB who practices at their campus in Towson, MD. I am relying heavily on my two insurance plans and am willing to pay the copays/what they do not cover. I also have not drawn up or outlined a birth plan. I do know I do not what to be induced unless absolutely necessary (AKA Pitocin pressured) and I am open to an epidural. I am really looking for someone I can rely on to educate both parties involved being my significant other and I and my mother who are at this moment who I want present for the birth. And more importantly enforce boundaries from a more medically trained/educated standpoint on my behalf and with my health/survival in mind. I also would love someone who is especially experienced with the mental health aspect of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
