About Lesley

Born and raised in the Bronx to the sounds of salsa, reggae, and hip hop, Lesley is proud to serve as a birth and postpartum doula. A first generation college graduate and daughter of immigrant parents, Lesley has spent over a decade working in education access and public service. Her professional, academic, and personal experiences uniquely inform an equity and social justice lens into everything she does--including her doula work. To have Lesley as our doula means being seen, heard, and advocated for through some of life's most powerful and vulnerable moments. Lesley is a sister, wife, and aunt who enjoys traveling and learning about new cultures and countries.

Birth & Postpartum Doula packages and pricing

Birth Package

2-3 prenatal visits (1-2 hours each, virtual or in person) On call for you from week 38 through week 42 In person support during labor and birth 1 in person postpartum visit (1-2 hours) 1-2 virtual lactation support visits Unlimited research, education, and communication via text and email from hire through 4 weeks postpartum

$2,500 USD · Flat rate

Postpartum Packages

4 postpartum visits (2 hours each)- $584 6 postpartum visits (2 hours each)- $840 A la carte postpartum visits - $75/hr Visits include: light household chores, baby care, soothing techniques, emotional support for birthing parent, and troubleshooting infant feeding/lactation support Overnight support is not included

$75 USD · Per hour

Lactation/Feeding Package

1 prenatal virtual visit 1 in person lactation/infant feeding visit after birth 1 virtual lactation/infant feeding visit as a follow up Continuous text and email support as needed as per contract beginning date of hire

$300 USD · Flat rate

What to expect

I provide birth, postpartum, and lactation support to individuals and families in the Bronx, Manhattan, and parts of Brooklyn and Queens (depends on distance and ease of transportation).
