I need assistance in weaning child off nipple shield and proper breast feeding techniques.

After giving birth, I was given a nipple shield to nurse. My baby is 12 days old and unable to latch without the nipple shield. I’ve been pumping to help build a stash but have been using some of the milk in a bottle because my baby gets frustrated on the breast due to not getting enough milk and get frustrated because he can’t latch when we try to do it naturally. Just looking for some help!

Baby has trouble latching on bottle, won’t take any bottle unless if it doesn’t have any milk or the bottle attached and he won’t latch with any milk in the bottle. I’ve tried wide necks and several types of bottles. Tested if I have high lipase, which I do. Added a bit non alcoholic vanilla, recommended by someone else to try. I’ve done several other things also tried combo with formula and breastmilk also freshly pumped milk. I am at a loss
