About me
I’m the founder of Luminosa, an elevated perinatal-care practice offering a more luxurious, highly personalized postpartum experience. I believe exceptional care is found in the details: anticipating what a family needs, creating calm within the home, and ensuring that each parent feels deeply seen, supported, and cared for. My approach brings together attentive postpartum support, perinatal coaching, and my experience as a certified perinatal yoga teacher. This whole-person perspective allows me to care for both the practical and emotional dimensions of the transition into parenthood. Luminosa is designed for families seeking more than traditional postpartum help. I provide a discreet, high-touch experience tailored to each family’s preferences, routines, and lifestyle—from newborn care, nourishment, and household ease to rest, recovery, and emotional well-being. I bring a calm, polished, and nonjudgmental presence into the home, allowing parents to slow down, recover, bond with their baby, and find their own rhythm. My goal is for every family to feel genuinely nurtured and confidently supported through a postpartum experience marked by comfort, ease, dignity, and exceptional care.

Service introduction
Hello, I’m Lia, founder of Luminosa, an elevated perinatal-care experience created to support the mother. I believe the postpartum period should be met with the same intention, preparation, and reverence often given to pregnancy and birth. Luminosa offers a more luxurious standard of care—highly personalized, deeply attentive, and thoughtfully designed around your recovery, nourishment, rest, emotional well-being, and evolving identity as a mother. My work draws from perinatal coaching and my experience teaching perinatal yoga, allowing me to support you as a whole woman—not only in your role as a parent. I bring a calm, discreet, and nurturing presence into your home, attending to the details that help you feel comfortable, restored, understood, and genuinely cared for. While I help create ease around you and confidence in caring for your baby, my central purpose is to care for you—so you have the space to heal, bond, and enter motherhood feeling supported rather than depleted.
