Hi! I’m a registered nurse specializing in critical care and a mom of two young children, and supporting families—especially mothers—has always been at the heart of what I do. Becoming a mom myself deepened my understanding of how overwhelming, emotional, and transformative this season can be, and it’s what truly fuels my desire to help other parents feel supported, confident, and cared for. With my nursing background, I bring a calm, knowledgeable, and safety-focused approach, while my experience as a mom allows me to offer genuine empathy and real-life understanding. I believe every mother deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment. My philosophy is centered on meeting families where they are, offering reassurance, encouragement, and practical help so parents can feel more confident and less alone during this chapter.
