Libby Branham

About me

My name is Libby (she/her) and I have been working across the reproductive justice spectrum for the last decade. I serve as an advocate for survivors of violence. I have lobbied around repealing antiquated abortion laws, served as an in-clinic abortion doula in two clinics and been involved in policy work and abortion education with an Indigenous led grassroots organization in Northern NM, Tewa Women United. It is important to me that my role as a doula is rooted in larger activism as well as direct care, because I believe a more compassionate landscape around abortion care will support the individual's experience as well. I am a full spectrum doula and a student midwife and I love showing up for people in their reproductive journey. I hope to hold many more through this profound period. It is important to me that I get to show up to you not as another “expert” in the room, but on equal footing, while using my experience and radical presence to help amplify your needs and wants.

Service introduction

I provide and center abortion doula support because I believe we need to move that care to the center of reproductive justice. I provide prenatal, birth and labor and postpartum support and I provide placenta encapsulation services.
