Hey! I’m Lily, a birth and postpartum doula with a holistic approach rooted in compassion, education, and empowerment. I believe birth is a deeply personal journey, and my role is to provide unwavering support, physically, emotionally, and informationally, so you can feel confident in your choices. I draw on my health science background and lived experience as a mom to guide families through the beautiful, challenging, and sometimes unpredictable path of childbirth. My philosophy centers on meeting each person where they are, honoring your unique birth preferences, and creating a safe, nurturing environment for both parent and baby. On-call from 37 weeks, ready to support you whenever labor begins

Postpartum Doula Support

The postpartum period is a deeply transformative time that deserves attentive, personalized care. My support is thoughtfully tailored to nurture your recovery, protect your peace, and help you transition into motherhood with confidence and ease. From infant feeding guidance and newborn care to light household support and emotional processing, every visit is designed to create a calm, supported environment where you can rest, recover, and fully embrace life with your baby.

$40 USD · Per hour

Childbirth Class

A private, in home birth class designed to help you and your partner feel informed, confident and connected. We'll explore the physiology of labor, hands on comfort measures, partner support, mindset preparation, natural coping tools, fear, tension, pain cycle, and B-R-A-I-N.

$250 USD · Flat rate

Wondering what I offer? Every service is tailored to your needs, honoring your choices and creating a supportive space. I provide Birth Doula Support (physical, emotional, and informational help during labor), Postpartum Care (newborn, breastfeeding, and household support), Birth Education & Planning, and Virtual Support for flexible guidance anytime. I also offer bump-birth photography to capture all the special moments.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! I offer a 25% discount to military personnel and their families on all services. I also offer a 25% late booking discount for all those booking doula support and with me past 30wks.
