Welcome! I’m Anna. I'd love to help you feel calm and confident through this next chapter 💛 I'm honoured to have helped over 100 families in our community have empowering births, feel supported while breastfeeding, and get enough sleep so those first months are as joyful and smooth as possible. Whether you're looking for a birth doula, breastfeeding support, or a postpartum doula (night nanny), I'm here to help you feel cared for and deeply supported through evidence-based knowledge and compassionate care. I have a Health Science degree from the University of Waterloo, over 150 hours of university-level education in breastfeeding, and extensive clinical training in lactation support, in addition to my doula certification. I have attended over 100 births across five hospitals, three birth suites, and many (many) homes. I specialize in supporting gentle hospital births for high-risk pregnancies and IVF families. My services are often recognized by insurance providers like Sun Life and Carrot, as well as many HSAs and wellness spending accounts. Let’s connect for a chat. I’d love to help you find calm and confidence on your journey!

Anna came into my life a few weeks after my twins were born in 2021. I was a first time mom of preemie twins. One with a medical condition. She provided my family with safety, comfort and care. From folding all of our laundry to tending to the twins throughout the night so that I could get some rest. Bottle feeds, diaper changes, bedding changes, nightly snuggles. She did it all! She literally sat on the floor between their bassinets to help sleep train them. She did night shifts a few times a week for me. It gave me the support I needed to be able to get through those early days with twins. Anna, we will be forever grateful for your care and support.
