I am interested in someone to come in for overnights to help in the first few weeks post-partum. I am 40 years old with an IVF baby, and currently have been diagnosed with gestational diabetes and gestational hypertension. So this would mean that I likely will not make it to 39 weeks with my gestation. I will be delivering at a hospital with my OB team. I am looking for someone to come in for (3-4) overnights for the first few weeks and help my husband and I adjust and get as much rest as possible. I would like help with lactation, breast feeding, sleep and crib training for my baby, etc.

Charlotte is 8 months old and does not sleep through the night. Often she sleeps from 8-10 pm but crys and we cannot get her down again so we let her sleep with us. Baby was born at 36weeks in the <1 percentile. He is healthy, mom is exclusively pumping and he is bottle fed her breast milk so we can track how much food he is taking at feedings. We need an experienced professional, preferably with experience with preterm or small newborns. We are looking for someone to help us at night once dad goes back to work until baby and mom are able to sleep for longer stretches at night. Must be comfortable with friendly dogs in the house (we have two, they sleep with us in our room but one may be with mom when she comes out to pump). Only cleaning/laundry requests are for baby- we have a Dr browns bottle sterilization/dryer and a washer dryer for laundry, if needed would like help for any baby needs here.
