Hello, and congratulations on your pregnancy! My name is Loretta and I am a Birth Doula serving families throughout the Chandler, Arizona area and within a 75-mile radius. I believe every birthing person deserves to feel safe, heard, respected, and supported throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the early postpartum period. As the founder of The Calm Companion Doula Services my goal is to combine compassionate, continuous doula support with a strong understanding of the birth process and evidence-based education, empowering you to make the decisions that feel right for your family. I am also a Certified Breastfeeding Peer Counselor allowing me to continue supporting families as they begin their feeding journey with encouragement, education, and practical guidance. Whether you're planning a hospital birth, birth center, or home birth or whether your plan includes an epidural, an unmedicated birth, or a cesarean my role is to support your choices, provide evidence-based information, and help you feel confident throughout your experience. Birth Doula packages and pricing

Labor and Birth

This package includes Assistance with Labor and Birth 3 prenatal visits (one every trimester) 2-hour Post Partum visit after delivery An additional 90-minute Post Partum visit on a different day of your choosing during the daytime. Plethora of information regarding Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, Yoga Instructors, Accupuncturists, and Pediatricians in the east and west valley. Virtual Assistance Breastfeeding assistance (after delivery during Post Partum) and weekly check-ins for breastfeeding for 3 weeks) On call at 38 weeks until delivery
