About me

Hello, and congratulations on your pregnancy! My name is Loretta and I am a Birth Doula serving families throughout the Chandler, Arizona area and within a 75-mile radius. I believe every birthing person deserves to feel safe, heard, respected, and supported throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the early postpartum period. As the founder of The Calm Companion Doula Services my goal is to combine compassionate, continuous doula support with a strong understanding of the birth process and evidence-based education, empowering you to make the decisions that feel right for your family. I am also a Certified Breastfeeding Peer Counselor allowing me to continue supporting families as they begin their feeding journey with encouragement, education, and practical guidance. Whether you're planning a hospital birth, birth center, or home birth or whether your plan includes an epidural, an unmedicated birth, or a cesarean my role is to support your choices, provide evidence-based information, and help you feel confident throughout your experience.
