We’d like a sleep consultant for our one-year old daughter. She’s previously slept easily but for about 4-5 months has been taking longer to get soothed to sleep and been sleeping for shorter stretches during the day and at night. We’ve been open to bed sharing but she now wakes up often enough and moves around enough that we don’t sleep well when we do that. We’d prefer not to do sleep training or cry it out but are open to discussing. We’d like someone who’s covered in California by Cigna or Anthem Blue Cross.
