Night Nannies & Night Nurses Near Me in Louisville, KY

Good day everyone <3! My name is Genaisia White, and I am a trained birth doula currently working toward my certification. I proudly serve families throughout Louisville, Kentucky, and Southern Indiana. After witnessing my first life changing birth in high school, I discovered my passion for supporting mothers through one of the most transformative experiences of their lives. Those who know me understand how deeply I value and appreciate the beauty of pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum journey. Today, I am honored to follow that calling by providing informational, physical, and emotional support to women as they navigate this powerful chapter. While birth is beautifully unpredictable, feeling informed, supported, and equipped with effective comfort techniques can make a tremendous difference in building confidence and creating a positive birth experience. A little fun fact about me: I absolutely love, love, love movies! I look forward to connecting with you all and being a source of encouragement, education, and compassionate support along your journey.

As a doula and birth advocate for almost 15 years, I am committed to providing the best care to my clients. I pride myself on being a constant student of physiological birth and how to manifest that. While on my journey to be a Midwife I have enjoyed taking that extra knowledge and passing it down to my clients. So that they are fully informed in the choices they are making about what they want their birth to look and feel like.

Down-to-earth doula serving Louisville KY and surrounding areas. Message me with inquiries. It’s never too early or late to get a doula on board!🌿✨🌹🌞

Hi everyone! I’m Lauren, a birth, bereavement and postpartum support doula based near Elizabethtown Kentucky as well as a mom of two. I became passionate about Birth about four years ago when I found out that I was pregnant with my daughter. As a first time mom with a medical condition that prevented me from having an epidural, I took a deep dive into all things unmedicated birth. I took the Pain Free Birth course with Karen Welton, I learned breathing exercises, had countless conversations with my husband about my wishes & really did everything I felt that I could to prepare for my birth. I fired my OB at 28 weeks and joined a midwifery practice based out of Charleston South Carolina and went on to have a beautifully unmedicated water birth after a 32 hour long labor. I gave birth to a healthy 8lbs baby girl who I successfully breastfed for almost three years. My passion lies heavily in unmedicated births and breastfeeding but I serve as an advocate for mothers of all kinds and help them to achieve their dream birth and postpartum season. Please feel free to contact me with any questions and I would be more than happy to help in whatever way I can. Blessings to all.

More than a decade ago, I answered a quiet but persistent calling to walk alongside women during one of the most transformative seasons of their lives. My journey began as a doula and eventually led me through nursing school, hospital maternity care, home birth, birth centers, breastfeeding support, childbirth education, and medical advocacy. Along the way, I have had the privilege of attending hundreds of births and supporting families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and the many decisions that shape these experiences. These years have taught me that while knowledge matters, information alone is not enough. Women need relationship. They need support. They need space to ask questions, explore their options, and reconnect with the wisdom that already lives within them. I believe pregnancy and birth are not simply medical events. They are profound rites of passage that invite a woman to grow in strength, discernment, and trust. My role is not to tell you what choices to make. My role is to help you understand your options, cultivate confidence in your decision-making, and prepare for motherhood from a place of love rather than fear. Whether you are planning a home birth, preparing for a hospital birth, navigating a VBAC, seeking breastfeeding support, or simply looking for a trusted guide, I bring both clinical experience and deep respect for the innate design of mothers and babies. The women I serve are not looking to be managed. They are looking to be informed, supported, and seen. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you prepare to welcome your baby and step more fully into the mother you were created to become.

I’m a mama of four, a wife, a doula, and a student midwife with a deep love for pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and the incredible transition into motherhood. My passion for birth began nearly a decade ago with the birth of my first baby. That experience planted a seed that eventually grew into a calling to support other women and families through their own journeys. You deserve to be heard. You deserve evidence-informed choices. You deserve compassionate support. And you deserve to be an active participant in your own birth.

Hi, I'm Lauren! As a mother of three, I've personally experienced the full spectrum of childbirth - from epidurals to breech C-sections to the empowering journey of natural birth. My own experiences ignited a passion within me to support and empower other mothers on their own unique paths to motherhood. I was privileged to use a doula in all three births and having her transformed our birth experience. I felt supported and listened to, my husband truly appreciated how involved he was in the birth as well.
