During pregnancy and while in my postpartum, I was so grateful for the assistance I received, especially overnight while I was breast-feeding and exhausted. Having an extra set of hands can change everything for you in the first 8 to 12 weeks once baby is born. I believe this package is really great for new mothers who want to prioritize their sleep so they can function their best during the day. I will spend three overnights in your home with your newborn for 7 to 9 hours per night for six weeks.

What to expect

I enjoy working with new mothers and their infants in an overnight setting, but I also have daytime or afternoon availability. My goal is to let the mother have time to rest while someone else bottle feeds and takes care of the infant overnight so that she can perform her best during the day.
