About me

I’m a mother of five and a passionate maternal and child health professional with years of experience supporting families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, infancy, and early childhood. I’m a certified and experienced doula (15 years), Infant Mental Health Specialist, and Lactation Counselor, and I bring both professional expertise and the lived experience of raising a family to the care I provide. I believe every family deserves compassionate, respectful, and individualized support. Whether I’m supporting a family through birth and the postpartum transition, helping with breastfeeding and newborn care, or providing nurturing, dependable care for little ones as a nanny, my goal is to help parents feel confident, supported, and cared for while creating a safe, loving environment where babies and children can thrive.
