About Lynnese

Hi, I’m Lynnese 🤍 A full-spectrum doula devoted to supporting women through every stage of their journey pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and beyond. I believe this journey is sacred, vulnerable, and transformative. My goal is to create a calm, nurturing space where you feel safe, empowered, and deeply cared for. My work is rooted in my own lived experiences as a mother, and a woman who understands both the beauty and the hardships of motherhood including loss. In my free time, I love being with my children, creating meaningful memories, and trying new places to eat. I’m a true foodie at heart.

Birth & Postpartum Doula services

I provide full-spectrum doula support through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and loss, while weaving Ayurvedic postpartum care and restorative bodywork into the motherhood journey. Through nourishing practices, warm oil Abhyanga, emotional support, and compassionate presence, I help mothers slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and create intentional space for rest and healing. Because while mothers care for everyone else, they deserve to be cared for, too.
