Yes, I was actually named after Storm from X Men, so standing up for what is right is in my DNA. My love for women’s health started at just 7 years old when I experienced my older sister give birth. Now at 23, I’m experiencing the journey firsthand as a first time mom. Conceiving naturally while navigating PCOS has been an absolute miracle, and it completely solidified my awe and respect for what our bodies can do. That personal experience shapes exactly how I show up as a birthworker. My approach centers on a holistic, body led style, leaning heavily into somatic movement and herbal wisdom (combined with evidence based practices), to help you intuitively flow through labor. Just like my namesake, political advocacy is a massive part of who I am. When I'm not supporting births, I’m fighting for women and PCOS awareness, leading educational discussions, and speaking out against political injustice. My downtime is filled with creative outlets and animal companionship. You can usually find me painting, pole dancing, or relaxing at home with my pets. I have three cats and a dog who keep life cozy! I offer both in person and virtual care, always rooted in an open, judgment free space. Hello! I am a certified Full Spectrum Doula whose work is shaped by lived experience across the full spectrum of life. I have naturally delivered eight babies and breastfed each for 22 months, breast to cup. I care for a family farm, homeschool my last two children, and live a faith-based life rooted in holistic health. I have supported my mother and grandmother during their end-of-life transitions and walked beside my daughter through an unassisted miscarriage at 16 weeks, 4 days. These experiences inform my commitment to gentle, informed, and deeply present care for mothers and families through birth, bereavement, and beyond. In my free time I enjoy furthering my education with classes and online learning. I also enjoy traveling, music, farming, cooking and just being with family.

Hello everyone! My name is Kwaneshia Glover-Glover, but I prefer to be called Shay. I'm a Macon native. I've been happily married for almost 6 years. I've been a birth Doula for 3 years, and I've been encapsulating placentas since March 2026. I've always had the passion of being in the birthing room. However, I wanted to be on the end where I work with families to make them comfortable and get through labor and delivery safely and peacefully. I love and admire with I do. I'm also deep into spirituality, so with my client's approval I incorporate things that could be beneficial to laboring and birth. Most of my focus is on mom, however, I also be sure to make sure dad is doing well also. I'm currently accepting client's for doula and placenta encapsulation services. At the moment, I don't accept insurance- but we can do a payment plan.
