I am acompassionate and experienced birth doula with over 20 years of experience in maternal and newborn care.I support women and families during pregnancy,labor,birth,and the postpartum period with respect,encouragement,and personalized care.My goal is to help each mother feel informed,confident,comfortable,and supported throughout her birth experience. I speak Russian and Tajik fluently,and my English is conversational.I do my best to communicate clearly and make every family feel comfortable,informed,and supported.
