Id like to show women and families how empowering pregnancy and birth can be. Birth is a sacred and deep journey and my role is to walk beside you. I can offer you things like reassurance, physical comfort, and can provide you with evidence based guidance with your needs/wants. The main goal is for you and your family to feel safe, respected, and fully supported as you welcome your baby.

Service introduction
As your doula, I offer compassionate, continuous support throughout pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period. My services include personalized prenatal visits, education on birth options, help creating a birth plan, and guidance on comfort measures such as breathing techniques, positioning, and pain-management strategies. During labor, I provide steady emotional reassurance and physical support, advocating for your preferences and helping create a calm, safe environment. After birth, I offer a postpartum check-in to support recovery, bonding, and newborn care.

Makayla was great!! She always texted me and checked up on me during my pregnancy and when I had to have a C-section before my due date she was at the hospital within an hour!! She stood up for me and helped me when nurses were trying to tell me different things and she sat besides me during my C-section and made sure that I got pictures of me and baby girl! We love youuu and you will forever be auntie Kay 💙 if I ever have another baby I would love for you to be there !!
