About me

My passion is helping families thrive in the fourth trimester and I believe it is sacred work. I love teaching and modeling evidence-based care for newborns and the birthing person to all members of the family. Service introduction

Services include breast and bottle feeding support, laundry, dishes, tidying up, organization, meal planning and prep, shopping, sibling support, teaching and modeling evidence-based newborn care, pet support, emotional support and reassurance. Virtual services are also available.

Sunrise Package
9:30am to 1:30pm 2 - 3 days per week, for 6 weeks $1,200.00 - $1,800.00 ($25/hr) Examples of services included in this visit: Care for baby while you rest after a restless night; Care for baby while you shower and get ready for the day; Make you breakfast and lunch Prep snacks for the day or days to follow; Prep the evening’s meal or throw it in the crockpot; Care for baby while you spend time with your partner, other children or furry friends; Catch up on laundry, washing, drying & folding; Wash dishes and put them away; Assist with breastfeeding, (ie: latch, confirm consumption, pumping, cleaning/sanitizing breast pump pieces, breastfeeding storage guidelines and tips); Assist with bottle feeding (wash bottles, prep bottles, clean bottle warmer, sanitize nipples; Make you a cup of coffee or tea; Listen to your birth story; Listen to concerns and make referrals if needed; Organize areas in your home for feeding and changing baby; Organize nursery into a calm, comforting environment that promotes sleep; Give you evidence-based information on baby’s developmental stage; Support you in how you choose to parent

11am to 3pm 2 - 3 days per week, for 6 weeks $1,200.00 - $1,800.00 ($25/hr) Examples of services included in this visit: Make you lunch and hold baby while you eat; Care for baby while you rest; Care for baby while you shower; Prep snacks for the day or days to follow; Prep the evening’s meal or throw it in the crockpot; Prep home & snacks for siblings to come home from school or partner to come home from work; Prep home for visitors in the evening; Care for baby while you spend time with your partner, other children or furry friends; Catch up on laundry, washing, drying & folding; Wash dishes and put them away; Assist with breastfeeding, (ie: latch, confirm consumption, pumping, cleaning/sanitizing breast pump pieces, breastfeeding storage guidelines and tips); Assist with bottle feeding (wash bottles, prep bottles, clean bottle warmer, sanitize nipples, paced bottle feeding technique, etc.); Make you a cup of coffee or tea; Listen to your birth story; Listen to concerns and make referrals if needed; Organize areas in your home for feeding and changing baby; Organize nursery into a calm, comforting environment that promotes sleep; Support you in your decisions as a parent

Doula for a Day
$99 for 12 hours of virtual support in one day I will be available to you from 8am to 8pm via text, and phone. After a quick, free consult we will schedule a day where I will be at your service! Ask me questions and I’ll help you find the answers or I’ll find someone who can answer them. I can help with problem-solving and navigating this new pandemic world. I can provide a non-judgmental listening ear to hear your story, your highs and your lows. By the end of the day, you should feel validated, confident and at peace.
