Marcy was kind, reliable, and gentle with our baby. She was always respectful of our preferences and followed our instructions, which we appreciated as first-time parents. She was punctual, easy to communicate with, and professional throughout. We especially appreciated that she proactively let us know when someone in her household was sick so we could make an informed decision about scheduling. We're thankful for her support during those early newborn weeks!

Marcy was super helpful with my infant and supported us both while he was dealing with a lot of pain from reflux. She was kind & took on any task I needed help with. It was a very challenging time & having her to help made such a difference.
