About me

Hi! My name is Princess Umi and I am a traditional postpartum doula. I offer both daytime support as well as overnight newborn care so you can get your rest and have energy to bond with baby. I also offer belly binding (Zulu and Bengkung) and help around the home with household chores, light meal prep, sibling care and more. My goal is to step in where you need me to so that you can get as much rest as possible while your body, mind and heart find peace with this new chapter of life.

Service introduction

Services I offer: Daytime Postpartum Support: can include support with light household chores, meal prep, newborn care as well as 1:1 time caring for the mother (belly binding, postpartum herbal bath, reiki, birth story listening). Overnight Newborn Care: includes 8 hours of overnight support so parents can get restorative sleep while their baby is being tended to throughout the night. Baby will be fed, burped, swaddled, responded to with care throughout the night following baby safe sleep standards and keeping a thorough log of activity throughout the night for parents to see the next day. Nanny Care: Babies 0-36 months can receive daytime nanny support. Weekly hours of time dedicated to caring for your little one, with developmentally appropriate activities.
