I support families through the early stages of feeding and postpartum recovery, offering calm, thoughtful care during a time that can feel overwhelming or uncertain. Whether you’re experiencing latch challenges, low milk supply, feeding discomfort, or simply have questions about what your baby needs, support is personalized and rooted in evidence-based care. In addition to lactation support, I offer craniosacral therapy (CST/CFT) for babies and parents to help ease tension, support feeding comfort, digestion, and overall regulation. My goal is to meet you where you are, listen closely, and help you feel confident and supported as you care for your baby.
