About me

Hi, I’m Sophia, a postpartum doula serving families in the Inland Empire and Orange County. I offer gentle, evidence-informed, non-clinical postpartum support focused on education, reassurance, and whole-family care during the early weeks after birth. With an RN background, I bring a strong foundation in maternal and newborn health while honoring the doula scope of practice. My goal is to help parents feel supported, confident, and cared for as they navigate the fourth trimester. My support includes newborn care education, feeding and lactation guidance (non-clinical), emotional reassurance, postpartum recovery support, and connecting families to trusted local resources. I strive to meet families where they are, offering calm, compassionate care tailored to their unique needs.
