About me

Hi there! My name is Marisa and I would love to talk to you about how we could work to achieve your ideal birth! I became interested in birth work after my first daughter was born. I had a long and hard induction and was disappointed with how it went. I didn’t want anyone else to feel the way I did so I decided to embark on doula training. I am a registered nurse and bring a unique perspective to birth work. As your doula, I can help you make informed decisions about your birth while providing you physical and emotional support. I am a military spouse and Army veteran so I have lots of experience with military families! I would love to connect with you to discuss how I can help you have the birth experience you desire!

Service introduction

I offer two different service packages. There is the essential package which includes 1 prenatal appointment, 24/7 phone support after 37 weeks (phone support is available between 9:00am and 6:00pm prior to 37 weeks), personalized birth planning, continuous birth support, initial lactation support after birth, and 1 postpartum visit. The comprehensive package includes 2 prenatal appointments, 24/7 phone support, personalized birth planning, continuous birth support, initial lactation support after birth, and 1 postpartum visit. I also offer a personalized postpartum meal service that can be added to either package.
