My name is Theresa Archer I am a registered nurse, Dona Birth Doula and PP Doula. I am a highly skilled and dedicated birth doula and PP doula. I promote emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness through a strong holistic approach and expertise In reflexology. My goal as a birth doula/ PP doula is to provide exceptional individualized client care which includes promoting client’s emotional and physical comfort before birth, during the birth experience and in the post partum period.

Service introduction

As a doula I am compassionate, nurturing, and a client advocate who is supportive of Pregnant clients and their partners. I offer a multitude of comfort measures which include hand, neck, foot, and back massages, reinforcement of breathing techniques, assisting with position changes and facilitating communication between the client, partner, and clinical care providers. These comfort measures and interventions promote a positive environment which allows for nurturing and support of the client and her partner. Doula Rate $2500 Services include an initial prenatal consultation, unlimited telephone support, childbirth overview class, presence and support during the labor and delivery and pp period, including a f/u pp visit.
