I am extremely passionate about helping women to be prepared for childbirth. I am especially concerned with their mental health and taking the necessary steps to be fully prepared for labor, birth, and postpartum. Because of this, I am currently working towards becoming a biblical counselor. I have naturally birthed 6 babies in US hospitals without any medical intervention so I understand firsthand what my clients need and are experiencing. I believe that all women deserve someone to encourage, support, and guide them through childbirth, and find it a privilege to serve mothers in this capacity.

Hey! I’m a birth doula and I teach virtual and in person birth prep classes. I’ve had 6 natural hospital births and have been a doula for 3 years. My main focus is to get you and your husband fully prepared for what to expect- along with equipping him on how to support you. I will help you make a birth plan, learn all the stages of labor & what to expect from the hospital, breathing techniques that are mostly derived from studying hypnobirthing, I go over positions for labor and delivery, and most importantly, teach you how to advocate for yourself!
