I plan on giving birth at Kaiser permanente in San Leandro, Ca. My insurance covers doula services. I am looking for someone that speaks Spanish and practices holistic methods. I would like someone with 3+ years of experience, especially in VBACs.

I want to have the freedom to move around and walk, stretch, shower to distract my mind versus being stuck to the bed after a shot. Duties would include bottle feeding or bringing the baby to me for nursing, burping, changing diapers, soothing, and putting the baby back to sleep.
