Through supporting women for more than 10 years as a Doula, and delivering seven children of my own I have the expertise, life experience, and practical knowledge to guide you and your partner through your entrance into parenthood. My birth doula services include prenatal visits to prepare for labor, continuous support during childbirth, and a postpartum check-in to ensure a smooth transition. As a postpartum doula, I offer hands-on care for both parents and baby, helping with recovery, newborn care, feeding support, emotional well-being, and household tasks to create a peaceful postpartum experience. I also provide specialized infant care support, assisting with soothing techniques, sleep routines, and feeding guidance.
