Through workshops, Reiki sessions, and manifestation circles, we create a safe and empowering space where families can learn, recover, and rise.
LOVEMAMADOULA Virtual Prenatal Doula Package – $1,500 Includes: Labor Prep / Comfort Measures / Childbirth Education / Breastfeeding Education / Manifestation Support Weekly 15-minute phone check-ins from 30 weeks to delivery Virtual doula support during early labor until birth Guided prenatal exercises, relaxation techniques, and intention-setting Personalized birth plan preparation with manifestation focus Designed to empower you with knowledge, confidence, and emotional support from the comfort of your home.
LOVEMAMADOULA In-Person Postpartum Doula Package – $3,000 Includes (Weekday, Evening, or Weekend Visits): 8–10 in-person visits during the first 6 weeks postpartum Visit length: 2–3 hrs for most visits; 1-hour visit for Reiki mini-session days Breastfeeding support: latch guidance, milk supply education, and pumping tips Newborn care while mom rests: diaper changes, bottle feeds, soothing, sleep support Light household support: baby laundry, light errands, meal prep assistance Reiki mini-sessions: 15 minutes per session, included 3–5 times for relaxation and emotional balance Emotional and educational support for mom and family Guided self-care, recovery tips, and mindful intention practices Supports you in caring for your newborn while ensuring you have space to rest, recover, and bond with your baby in a holistic and nurturing environment.
LOVEMAMADOULA Virtual Postpartum Package – $1,500 Includes: Postpartum support via virtual visits (suggested: 8 sessions, 1 hr each over the first 6 weeks) Breastfeeding support, including latch guidance and milk supply education Emotional and educational support for mother and family Guidance on newborn care, soothing techniques, and establishing routines Supportive check-ins and advice on self-care and recovery Flexible, expert postpartum guidance to help you thrive during your early weeks with baby.
LOVEMAMADOULA Trauma-Informed Support Package – $750 Purpose: Support for birthing parents experiencing birth trauma, pregnancy loss, or emotional challenges, using trauma-informed care principles, gentle guidance, and holistic support. Includes (Virtual or In-Person options): 4–6 sessions (1–1.5 hours each) – flexible based on client needs Emotional support and guided reflection for processing birth trauma or loss Reiki mini-sessions (15 minutes included in 1–2 sessions) to promote relaxation and emotional balance Manifestation exercises and intention setting for healing, self-empowerment, and closure Education and guidance on coping strategies, self-care, and preparing for future pregnancies or birth experiences Safe, compassionate, trauma-informed environment within doula scope Suggested Schedule: 1 session per week over 4–6 weeks, or condensed based on client preference Optional follow-up check-in session to review progress and provide additional support Value: A holistic, step-by-step approach to healing after trauma or loss — combining emotional support, guided reflection, energy work, and manifestation exercises, helping clients feel empowered and supported while staying safe within doula care.
LOVEMAMADOULA Sibling Doula Package – $525 Purpose: Provide loving, gentle support for older children while mom is in labor or during the first weeks at home with the new baby. Focuses on emotional reassurance, engagement, and helping siblings feel included and safe. Includes (Virtual or In-Person options): 3–4 visits (1.5–2 hours each) – can be split between prenatal preparation, labor support, and post-birth transition During labor: supervision and comfort for siblings while parents focus on birth At home: support for sibling adjustment, play, activities, and reassurance Gentle education on newborn care basics appropriate for siblings Creative and interactive activities to help siblings bond with the new baby Emotional support for children to reduce anxiety and feelings of exclusion Suggested Schedule: 1 prep session before birth 1–2 visits during labor or immediately after birth (depending on logistics) 1 visit post-birth for sibling integration and adjustment at home Value: Ensures siblings feel seen, safe, and included while mom focuses on birth or recovery. Supports a smooth family transition and reduces stress for parents while giving siblings attention and guidance.
LOVEMAMADOULA Belly Birth (Scheduled C-Section) Doula Support Package – $750 Purpose: Provide compassionate, holistic support for birthing parents preparing for a scheduled C-section (“Belly Birth”). From prenatal preparation to recovery, this package empowers parents to feel informed, supported, and nurtured during their C-section experience. Includes (In-Person Support): 1. Pre-C-Section Visit (1 hour) Personalized Belly Birth Plan creation (intentions, preferences, manifestation guidance) Emotional preparation and reassurance for surgery day Education on what to expect before, during, and after the C-section 2. C-Section Operating Room Support (During Surgery) Emotional support and advocacy for the birthing parent within hospital policies and doula scope Comfort measures: guided breathing, affirmations, visualization, and grounding techniques Support for the partner or family present, if applicable Assistance with skin-to-skin or first bonding moments, if medically safe 3. Post-C-Section Recovery Visit (1 hour) Emotional and educational support for early postpartum recovery Guidance on newborn care, breastfeeding support, and gentle self-care after surgery Opportunity to review and reflect on the Belly Birth experience Value: C-sections can feel physically and emotionally intense. This package ensures that parents receive holistic, trauma-informed support, combining preparation, emotional guidance, and calming techniques. LOVEMAMADOULA – Empowered Mama Series: Guided Birth & Postpartum Preparation – $525 Purpose: A holistic, interactive series designed to guide parents through birth and early motherhood, providing the knowledge, tools, and emotional support to feel confident, empowered, and prepared. Includes: 4 interactive sessions (1–2 hours each) – virtual or in-person Topics covered: Comfort Measures & Labor Prep – breathing, positions, coping techniques Childbirth Education – stages of labor, medical options, birth expectations Belly Birth / Birth Plan Prep – intention-driven planning for a personalized birth experience Postpartum Preparation – newborn care, breastfeeding basics, emotional adjustment, and self-care guidance Manifestation & Affirmation Practices woven into each session to empower parents and partners Hands-on guidance and practical tips to confidently navigate birth and early parenthood Value: This series ensures parents enter birth and motherhood educated, guided, and emotionally supported, giving them the confidence and tools to thrive through pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum recovery.
