I am a certified birth doula whose work is deeply rooted in compassion, strength, and connection. A mother of three, a social worker and Lamaze Childbirth Educator in-training, with nearly a decade of experience in mental health, I bring a steady, nurturing presence to every family I support. Whether advocating fiercely for your needs, holding space with tenderness, or wrapping you in one of my famously comforting hugs, I am committed to being a steady, grounding presence as you welcome new life. I believe birth is a normal process that people underestimate their ability in, and hope to be a part of putting an end to fear-based, patriarchal approaches to bringing babies into the world.

Hi, I’m Emma, your local birth bestie and birth aficionado! I’m a DONA trained doula based out of Toronto, ON looking to support families throughout their birth journey. My goal is to provide amazing care to each client, tailored to their specific needs. Ever since I was young, I have been passionate about supporting families. Inspired by my childhood dreams of being a early childhood educator, an OBGYN and later a midwife, I have always felt a strong pull towards family care and birth work. In my community, I started by becoming the favourite neighborhood babysitter, then in University I became a loving part time nanny, then moved on to work as a manager of a children’s swim school for several years. Alongside my passion for birth support, I have a deep appreciation for art and creativity. I spent three years working at an art gallery and went on to get my Bachelor’s of Fine Arts degree in Painting. Even then, my dream of caring for families never left me, with my passions leading me to run impromptu prenatal education sessions during lunch breaks at work. In May of 2024 I made the exciting decision to take a step back from my art career and focus full time on becoming a doula. Now, I am dedicated to being the best “birth bestie” I can be for my clients by proving them with compassionate care, encouragement, and unwavering support every step of the way.

I’m Kait, a Toronto-based (but very mobile!), DONA International-trained doula who is ready to support you throughout pregnancy, birth, and beyond! I have a strong passion for pregnancy, birth, babies, and supporting new parents, and my patience, care, and understanding nature are what set me apart. I will always listen without judgement and be here to advocate for you and your family. Think of me as your pregnancy and birth coach – whether this is your first child or your fifth, I am here to support you similarly to how a personal trainer helps you at the gym, how a wedding planner helps you achieve your dream wedding, or how a tour guide helps you plan your perfect vacation. From day one, I will support your pregnancy with resources, information, and education; your birth with positivity and hands-on comfort measures; and your early post-partum journey with confidence and love. I will be by your side as you bring your baby into the world whether at a hospital, birthing centre, or in the comfort of your own home. Once baby is born, I will continue to provide you with educational support as well as encouragement and emotional support as you become acquainted with your baby. I will support your infant feeding journey (breastfeeding or otherwise) and offer household organizational support. My first language is English, but I can also support you in conversational French, Portuguese, and basic Italian! Aside from supporting families as they grow, I have a passion for travelling, art, and food!

Birth can be whatever you want or need it to be, and that's where I come in as your doula. Whether you want it to be empowering, transformational, peaceful, healing or you just want to get through it in one piece then working with a doula like me will make all the difference. I'm with you from start to finish, which means from whenever you sign until the end of the fourth trimester, to help any and every way I can. And as a big bonus I also do infant bodywork to help with all of those fun newborn challenges you keep hearing about, like feeding issues or colic. I love what I do and I'm sure you'll love what I do too.

Hi there, my name is Marj — a birth and postpartum doula, a yoga/fitness instructor, an essential oil educator, and a mom of two! I am deeply committed to wellness as a holistic lifestyle. You're welcome to book a time in my calendar (https://calendly.com/marjwong/30-45min), I'd love to connect OR send a DM on IG @marj.wong As a DONA certified doula, I believe it is within each birthing person’s innate wisdom and ability to give birth. As well, birth should be an empowering experience. Throughout both of my own pregnancies, I practiced prenatal yoga, and I attribute my own remarkable birth experiences to my yoga practice and the HypnoBirthing method. From motherhood, becoming a birth and postpartum doula was a natural progression for me and I quickly found myself fully immersed in supporting clients through pregnancy, labour and beyond. It is in this role where I feel my intuition, guidance, and personal experiences to be incredibly supportive and valuable. The maternal period can be challenging, but with the right support, I know it can also be an incredibly joyous and transformative time. I am a diaper-free, breastfeeding, and HypnoBirthing advocate. I've been trained in many comfort techniques and tend to keep my approach educational and informative. With my help, you will gain the confidence to nourish and care for your baby and yourself in the best way possible. Chat soon and I look forward to supporting you!

Words can’t fully express how grateful we are to have had Doris as our birth doula. From the very beginning, she brought such a calming, grounded, and nurturing energy into our journey. She took the time to truly get to know us—our fears, hopes, and birth preferences—and made us feel completely supported and empowered every step of the way. During labor, Doris was an absolute rock. She created a peaceful environment, gently guided me through each contraction, and helped my partner feel confident and involved. Her presence was intuitive and comforting—knowing just when to offer words of encouragement, grounding touch, or simply hold space. She honored our birth plan while remaining flexible and wise when things needed to shift. What stood out most was how she held space not just for the physical birth, but for the emotional and spiritual process too. Her care felt ancestral, like something deep and sacred was being honored. Postpartum, she checked in with such genuine care, offering wisdom, warmth, and reassurance when we needed it most. If you’re looking for a doula who is deeply attuned, knowledgeable, and truly walks beside you in love and respect—Doris is it. She made our birth experience not only beautiful, but transformational

Hello and welcome! My name is Mandy and I am a certified Postpartum Doula dedicated to helping families find their footing during life with a newborn. My path to this work wasn’t just professional—it was personal. As a mother of four and a wife, I’ve walked the postpartum journey multiple times myself. I know exactly how beautiful, exhausting, and overwhelming those first few weeks can be. My own experiences taught me that families don’t just need advice; they need rest, nourishment, and a calm, non-judgmental presence to lean on. That is exactly what I strive to provide. Having lived in Germany and coming from a multicultural background, I bring an open heart and deep respect for different traditions and parenting styles. I understand that there is no "one right way" to parent—only the way that works best for your family. Whether you need support with newborn care, help getting a few hours of sleep, or just an extra set of hands to keep the household running, I’m here to make your transition smoother. I want you to feel cared for so you can focus on bonding with your baby. Let’s make your postpartum experience a time of healing and connection. I would be honored to support you.

Anamav made my postpartum experience so seamless and stress free. They provided me with postpartum doula support to help me get the day to day tasks done and it was just nice to have an adult around to chat with! Nancy provided such a comforting presence and even as a second time mom, I got so much reassurance and confidence from chatting with her. Literally a life saver. I will definitely be using them again for future kids and will be referring to friends and family!

Hi there, my name is Emily. I’m a DONA-educated birth and postpartum doula, and pre- and postnatal yoga instructor in Toronto, dedicated to helping mothers, mothers-to-be, and families find connection, calm, and confidence in their bodies and daily lives. I come to this work from a lifelong love of movement and a deep appreciation for the beauty and transformation of early motherhood. My role is to help you feel informed, cared for, and supported as you prepare to welcome your baby and adjust to life together. As your doula, I’ll guide you through birth and postpartum planning, help you advocate for your needs in labour, and offer comfort through every stage of the process. Welcome! I’m Jessica Rogers. I am a Birth and Postpartum Doula with a deep passion for supporting families through one of the most powerful journeys of their lives: pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I was trained through DONA International and am actively working towards birth and postpartum certification. I am also on the journey to become a Certified Lactation Counselor through the Center for Breastfeeding. My own experience becoming a mother ignited this calling in me, and it grew even stronger during my second pregnancy. This season can be transformative, overwhelming and beautiful all at once, and you do not have to go through it alone. As your doula, I will be a dedicated and compassionate support system, someone who not only respects you but also walks beside you like a trusted friend throughout your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey. I bring a calm presence, a good sense of humor, and a listening ear when you need it most. I am a hard worker who believes in your strength and am here to support you and your family every step of the way. When I am not supporting families, you can find me spending time with my amazing husband, children, family and friends, exercising, reading, meal prepping or gardening. I also happen to love spiders and have a new hobby that includes two jumping spiders and a tarantula - weird, maybe, but I love them and have always had a soft spot for exotic pets (and nature in general). I also have a Bachelors Degree in Interior Design from RIT, and spent the previous ~12 years working in the field until the birth of my second baby. I love seeing women empowered through this incredible experience and I would be honored to be a part of your team. I serve the Rochester, NY area hospitals and provide postpartum support to those within 25 minutes from my home in Hilton, NY. I truly look forward to working with you!

Choosing a doula is such an important decision, and I’m so grateful I trusted Jessica with one of the most meaningful moments of my life.

As a mother of three, I understand firsthand the beauty and challenges that come with the postpartum journey. My work as a postpartum and birth doula is rooted in deep empathy and genuine care, qualities that have only been strengthened through my experience raising a special needs child. I bring calm, nonjudgmental support to families as they adjust to life with a newborn, offering both practical help and emotional reassurance. Over the past several years, I have supported families through both hospital and home births, navigating many different birth experiences and outcomes.
