i am looking for a doula, i am giving birth at Yale New Haven Hospital. I am already 27 weeks pregnant. My budget is $2,000 max. I am looking to have an overall natural birth, and to labor mostly in my home. I am open to having an epidural, but would love to prepare to not have one.

Looking for a part-time postpartum helper or overnight newborn care specialist. 3–5 hours during daytime (overnight optional), primarily assisting with newborn care (diapering, burping, soothing), light housekeeping, and supporting mom’s recovery and rest.

I plan to give birth in a hospital. My budget for a doula is 2k. My birth plan would be to labor at home for a while and then drive to Manchester memorial hospital to give birth because I believe they are the most vba2c supportive in Connecticut with the midwives affiliated there.

Night support would be great, but we are still deciding/are flexible. A bonus is someone trained in Traditional Chinese medicine, but not required. I am having twins. Will deliver is hospital ok with epidural want a vaginal birth of possible. Do not want episotomy unless medically necessary. I do not know what to expect finance wise for a doula I would like someone to help me with labor and delivery and guide me in the days/ weeks leading up to it. I would like assistance on prepping for lactation and maybe help postpartum with that as well as any other assistance.

I definitely plan on getting an epidural for pain management, but I still want the experience to feel as calm and supported as possible. My budget is around $800–$1,500, depending on what’s included. I’m open to some flexibility if it’s a really good fit and includes prenatal and postpartum support. For my birth plan, I’m hoping for a smooth vaginal delivery, but I’m also realistic and open to whatever is safest for me and the baby. Since I plan on getting an epidural, I’d really like someone who can help me stay relaxed, guide me through the process, and support both me and my partner during labor. Communication is really important to me—I want to understand what’s happening and feel involved in decisions. After birth, I’d love immediate skin-to-skin contact and some guidance during those first few hours. Postpartum support would also be really helpful
