I’m interested in learning about my rights and options, as well as what postpartum care would entail. I’m looking for the most experienced doula with the best reviews. My budget is reasonable, but I want to keep it on the lower end. I’d also like to know about natural remedies and practices that I can take during pregnancy to minimize medication and medical attention. Of course, I prefer a Muslim doula, preferably an African Muslim.
