We are gonna have baby at the hospital We have TRICARE prime My birth plan is I have a daughter now so I wanna be home as long as possible and also wanna head to hospital And probably I will have epidural. But last time my active contraction was so long it started on Monday evening and went to hospital but got discharged and next day evening we went to hospital again and finally admitted. And I gave birth like Wednesday noon so it was really long so this time hopefully I can get birth sooner.

I’m looking for a doula who can support me during labor and birth, especially with comfort measures, positioning, breathing, emotional support, and helping my husband support me as well. Since I’ll likely be discharged from the birth center about 4 hours after delivery, I’m also very interested in postpartum support that day/evening once we get home, to help with the transition, newborn care, breastfeeding, meals/hydration, and recovery.
