About me

Hi, I am Mikayla, a birth doula passionate about supporting women through labor with confidence and trust in their bodies. I believe women were made to birth and are capable when supported and set up for success. My role is to help you feel prepared, empowered, and in control of your birth story through calm, steady, evidence-based support. I provide continuous labor support, guidance, and advocacy for whatever type of birth you choose. With the right preparation and a strong support team, you can feel strong, confident, and empowered every step of the way. Outside of being a doula, I am a mom of 2 beautiful girls, a dog mom, and a wife. I enjoy group fitness classes, brunch with the girls, and spending time with my family. I love all things birth-related and would love to support you in your birth journey.
