Hi, I’m Milaena! I’m a ProDoula Certified Postpartum Doula and a Child Development graduate with over eight years of experience supporting children and families. I am passionate about helping new parents navigate the transition after birth with confidence, calm, and compassionate guidance. I provide hands-on newborn care education, emotional support, and practical assistance—whether it’s overnight care, feeding guidance, or helping families establish routines. My approach is centered on empowering parents and creating a nurturing environment for both babies and caregivers. I would be honored to support you through this special and sometimes challenging time.

Postpartum Doula packages and pricing

Postpartum Doula Support

Daytime Support: Typically 4–6 hours, or as needed, during which I focus on hands-on newborn care, assisting with feeding, helping establish routines, and offering practical and emotional guidance to parents. Nighttime Support: Must be booked for 8–10 hours, providing overnight care so parents can rest. I handle all aspects of baby care during the night, including soothing, diapering, and feeding, while offering reassurance and support to help families feel confident and rested.
