I’m planning to give birth at the hospital. Would need doula to accept HMO Kaiser and bill Kaiser. Open to decision and options for birth plan. Of course goal is vaginal no medication but understand things happen and that may be the option if there is an emergency. Best ways to help myself and baby have a healthy delivery. Would like to avoid tearing and learn techniques to control pain during labor.
Hospital birth. No medication if possible as long as I can. 3rd birth, but this time I will be alone so I need help.

I’m reaching out because we’re expecting our baby soon and are starting to look for postpartum doula support in Santa Clara. We’re hoping to find someone who can help with newborn care guidance, feeding support, recovery support for mom, and general day-to-day help during the first few weeks. Could you share your availability for January/February, your pricing or package options, and what your typical postpartum care includes? We’d love to set up a quick consultation call as well. Thank you so much — excited to connect!

I'm looking for night doula 3 days per week for my first 2 weeks, and 1 - 2 nights per week for the following 3-5 weeks. I'm also looking for day time doula 2 - 3 times a week for the first 2 weeks. I'd like the doula to have the doula certification, fully vaccinated, and a lactation certificate would be a plus.
Hi, My husband and I are expecting our first baby boy in late March at El Camino Health (Mountain View). We are looking for postpartum support that focuses primarily on newborn care education and maternal recovery. Our Primary Needs: Newborn Education: We want hands-on teaching for both of us on baby care, including soothing techniques, safe sleep practices, swaddling, and developmental exercises for the baby. Feeding Support: Guidance on breastfeeding/bottle-feeding and establishing a healthy feeding routine. Maternal Care: Support for my recovery (whether from a vaginal birth or a C-section) and monitoring for postpartum wellness. Calming & Routines: Helping us understand baby cues and how to calm a fussy newborn effectively. We have a $1,000 benefit through Walmart’s Premier PPO and would like to know if you have availability starting in late March/early April. Do you have experience with the Walmart/Included Health reimbursement process? Looking forward to hearing from you!
