I'm your local doula! It's a pleasure to meet you! I have extensive experience working with clients and their families, teaching valuable stretches to prepare the pelvic floor for birth so you have an easier, quicker labor and postpartum recovery! We serve with the utmost respect and compassion, meeting you where you're at and walking alongside you to help you on your journey. I’m a birth and postpartum doula, childbirth educator, breastfeeding counselor, instructor of menstrual cycle health, and lover of Jesus! My current passion is helping girls and women realize their God-given potential, including through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
