Second baby maybe 3-4 days a week for evenings 11pm-6a no extra duties besides monitoring, feeling and changing baby’s diapers as well as making sure he does burp after feeds. He is breast fed so I will at some point wake up to pump or put him to breast . I have bluecross blue Sheild as insurance

I would like an in home visit with a lactation consultant. I have been attending a lactation support group with weighted feeds so I know my baby is eating enough, but I feel like my latch could be improved and don’t want to be forming bad habits that lead to feeding trouble later on as my baby is already a month old. My feeds aren’t painful as of now but sometimes uncomfortable. I am unsure on budget as I’m not sure how much an in person consultant at home usually costs.

I have a five week old baby. Breast-feeding went fine the first couple weeks but now I feel like maybe he has a shallow latch and he keeps pulling back and coughing and gagging. This mostly happens on my right breast. I’m not sure if it’s my strong letdown.

5 day old- seems to have good latch, although, at times painful. Not sure how my supply is (we started out with combo feeding/pumping when I’m not breastfeeding). Hoping to improve pain with breastfeeding so we no longer need to do combo feeds. Do you know if BCBS of Illinois PPO helps cover this service? Thank you!

My husband and I are looking for someone to support us immediately following the birth of our first daughter. We are both unsure of infant care and could use someone to help us navigate the beginning stages of taking care of a newborn, while making sure we are also taking care of ourselves. We ideally would need over night and day time support, more so in the beginning, that may taper off over time. We also have 2 cats, and would be looking for someone who is comfortable around animals.

Looking to experience a Doula for my upcoming birth in March. This will be my second pregnancy but this pregnancy compared to my last I am considered high risk due to a rare blood disorder which has brought concerns about birth. Looking for education and direction along having support during birth to minimize risk and stress during labor. Interested in breast-feeding immediately post birth, and looking for education on proper techniques and routines. I am unsure about an exact birth plan so looking for guidance in that area when I birth in the hospital.
