My husband and I are expecting our first child July 3rd, 2026! We are looking for a night nanny with lots of experience who can support us 5 nights a week for the first 2 months. The ideal candidate would be extremely comfortable and skilled with newborns, and would be able to mentor us in the transition into parenthood (neither of us has family close by, and my mom isn't alive). We are first time parents with a 10 day old newborn and are looking for postpartum support, primarily to help us get rest and adjust to a consistent routine. We would like someone experienced with newborn care, including feeding support (breastfeeding/pumping or bottle), soothing techniques, and helping us understand our baby’s needs. Our main goal is to have support during a shift so that one or both of us can get uninterrupted sleep. We are especially interested in overnight or early morning support if available, but are open to daytime help as well. Light support such as holding the baby, assisting with burping and settling, and basic newborn guidance would be helpful. We would also appreciate someone who is communicative, reliable, and consistent, as that is very important to us during this stage. Our baby does not have any special needs. We are open to discussing a schedule that works for both sides, ideally a few hours per shift. Our budget is flexible but we are ideally looking for something in the range of $20–$30 per hour depending on experience and availability.

We plan the give birth in Gallatin, TN. We are very new to having a night nurse so we are looking at potentially just helping us get through the night with feeding and sleep schedule.

You need someone that asleep consultant qualified that can work overnight on my 7-week-old baby. We'll get up to feed baby if baby wakes up due to breastfeeding. Just need help after baby is fed and doesn't go back to sleep. Willing to just get a better routine down for baby as well.

We just need someone to come into the home from 8pm t0 12pm to care for the baby while her mother tries to get some sleep. Baby has an NG tube and is fed by syringe every 2 1/2 hours.

My husband and I are going to start (non-traditionally) trying for our first baby next year! We have an infertility plan in place that would put me pregnant in 2026 and give birth in 2027. With this plan, we are looking at the very real possibility of twins! Which is very exciting but also daunting to do it alone.
