My time with Natasha was amazing, I’m so grateful that I had the opportunity to have such an amazing doula throughout my pregnancy. From the very beginning, she was incredibly understanding, supportive, patient, and caring. She always made me feel heard and never judged me for anything I was feeling or going through. Pregnancy can be overwhelming, both physically and emotionally, and having someone who was there to listen, reassure me, and support me made such a huge difference. She was always willing to answer my questions, check in on me, and make sure I felt comfortable and supported every step of the way. She made me feel like I wasn’t going through everything alone, and I'm thankful for the support she gave me during such an important time in my life. I would absolutely recommend her to any expecting mom looking for someone who is compassionate, understanding, dependable, and genuinely cares about her clients. She was amazing throughout my pregnancy, and I couldn’t have asked for a better doula!

We had a great experience with Ashley! She was always available and able to help during both the prenatal and postpartum periods. Her questions were thoughtful and helped me think through our priorities, understand my anxieties, and offer great suggestions for both the birth and postpartum periods. Ashley was at my birth, which was really fast so there was not much time for anything, but she was great at helping my husband know how to be helpful during the birth and offered really good massage and lactation support. She knew my birth preferences front to back and was helpful as the go-between when necessary. She were especially good at calming me down while I was waiting to go into labor and offering tips to activate labor. She is a wealth of knowledge and a fabulous support system during such a vulnerable time.

I can’t recommend Tanya enough as a doula! She was incredibly supportive, caring, and attentive throughout my entire birth experience, going above and beyond to make sure I felt prepared, supported, and empowered. Tanya provided helpful exercises and tools to prepare me for labor, offered both physical and emotional support throughout the birthing process, and helped me navigate the different stages of labor. She also translated and explained things with the medical team so I could better understand what was happening. Most importantly, she helped me stay focused on my birth preferences and advocated for me when I needed it most. She has such a warm and calming presence while also being confident and assertive when necessary. I had a challenging labor without an epidural, and Tanya’s physical and mental support made such a huge difference in helping me get through it. She helped me feel stronger, more grounded, and more confident throughout the experience. I’m so grateful to have had her by my side during such a meaningful and intense experience. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated doula who will truly go above and beyond for you, I wholeheartedly recommend Tanya!

Working with Alondra was an amazing experience! She was a soothing and knowledgeable presence from the beginning. She was intentional in her communication and fielded all my questions. She genuinely cared about my baby as she checked in with me after all my appointments. She helped me create a birth plan and was super supportive. She encouraged my husbands participation in my labor and birth and made sure he also felt supported during this. As someone who wanted to labor at home and then go to the hospital for a water birth, it came as a surprise to me when my water broke well before labor started. I knew that this increased my risk for infection but Alondra was supportive of my decision to give my body time to allow labor to start naturally. It had been well over 24 hours and my labor had not started which allowed fear and worry to creep in on my husband and I. Alondra made the decision to join us at our house prior to us all going to the hospital. She was able to provide the emotional support both my husband and I needed but didn't realize it. Alondra then came with us to the hospital. Seeing the hospital room and knowing I was going to have to do my entire labor there which was not what I wanted triggered a lot of emotion for me. Alondra created a beautiful moment for my husband and played our wedding song and had us slow dance. It's a moment I'll never forget and am so grateful for. Alondra continued to encourage me to do some exercises and positioning techniques to help quicken labor. Before I knew it, active labor had started without the need for pitocin. Alondra supported my husband through supporting me and also helped with certain positions and techniques to make me as comfortable as possible. Just 12 hours after getting to the hospital, our sweet baby boy was born. Although it wasn't as I had planned, I was still able to have an all natural water birth. I truly would not have been able to do it without Alondra!
