As someone who just moved to Southington, CT I am looking for a Husky A approved insurance acceptor. Seeking all natural birth in a preferred home birrh or birthing centers environment.

I plan to give birth in a hospital. My budget for a doula is 2k. My birth plan would be to labor at home for a while and then drive to Manchester memorial hospital to give birth because I believe they are the most vba2c supportive in Connecticut with the midwives affiliated there.
Hoping to give birth at home, I have UHC insurance with a budget under $6000. For my birth plan, I hope to have a calm environment, baby goes right on me after birth, no cleaning right after, no cord clamping or cutting until it is drained.
