We are looking for a natural birth in a hospital setting. Military family. First time parents.
Plannig to give birth in hospital. Estimated budget is 2000-2500. I want to trt for natural birth, would like to talk through and learn before i decide about the other parts of my birth plan. I want my doula to be ceritified and have atleast 5-8 years of edxpxericne. My age is 35

I'm looking for a postpartum doula in Suffolk County. Our baby is due in August, and we would like help with, newborn care (bottle feeding, diaper changes, etc), lactation education, general household help (cleaning, cooking), and postpartum mom support. Night support would be great, but we are still deciding/are flexible. A bonus is someone trained in Traditional Chinese medicine, but not required. Ideally looking for someone that my insurance covers, so budget can also be flexible.
