Natural birth at the hospital hoping to find an insurance covered midwife or doula

I have medicaid insurance and would love someone covered but am willing to pay 4.5k for the midwife and doula. I want a no-intervention birth with Ina Mays style of positioning. I'd like to incorporate hypnobirthing as well. Definitely don't want an epidural or to be induced.
