Plan to give birth at military hospital, someone who accepts tricare , for birth plan , hoping to have a vbac and placenta encapsulation, haven’t put together a complete precise as yet and would like accept any advice in that area.

I plan to give birth in a hospital setting and would really like a doula who is supportive of an unmedicated birth. My goal is to have as natural of a labor as possible while still being in the hospital environment. I’m looking for someone who can provide encouragement, reassurance, and calming support throughout labor, and help me stay focused and comfortable using natural pain-management techniques such as breathing, movement, positioning, and relaxation. This is very important to me because I want to feel supported, confident, and empowered during the birth process. I would love someone who can help advocate for my preferences if needed and create a positive, calm atmosphere during labor. As far as budget, I’m not completely sure yet, but I’m open to discussing options and finding something that works.

We want to have an epidural, push when my body feels it not when told, immediate skin to skin, delayed cord clamping. Experienced enough to help with an easy birth. I'm look for someone who is very knowledgeable who can help with techniques for a natural birth. A doula that can help with a birth plan the do's and don'ts. A doula that will support the baby and I. A doula that can give a different perspective.
