Hi! I’m Nicole and here’s a bit about my story. I became a Birth and Postpartum Doula and Newborn Care Specialist because I truly believe parents deserve to feel supported, not overwhelmed, during pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum stage. This season is tender, emotional, and life-changing and my role is to be by your side with compassion, knowledge, and reassurance. I meet families exactly where they are—honoring their choices, their culture, and their intuition. While providing evidence-based guidance and calm, grounded support, and respect for each family’s values, and understanding that there is no “right” way to give birth or parent a newborn. Whether you’re preparing for labor, navigating the early postpartum weeks, or adjusting to life with a new baby, my goal is to create a calm, non-judgmental space where YOU feel confident in your choices and supported every step of the way. My philosophy is centered on nurturing both baby and parent. Whether I’m offering hands-on newborn care, emotional support during birth, my goal is for you to feel seen, heard, and never alone. I focus on promoting rest, recovery, and bonding while helping families establish gentle routines that feel realistic and sustainable. I view my role as both a guide and a steady presence. I believe when parents feel supported, they thrive — and that belief guides every part of the care I provide.
