I became a doula because I believe every family deserves to feel cared for, supported, and empowered in this tender season. My approach is calm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental, offering both practical newborn care and the emotional support parents need to truly rest and bond. With over 9 years in Human Resources, I also uniquely support families navigating their careers and health benefits with confidence (if desired). I enjoy being outdoors, cooking & baking, and reading.
