My approach is calm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental, offering both practical newborn care and the emotional support parents need to truly rest and bond. With over 9 years in Human Resources, I also uniquely support families navigating their careers and health benefits with confidence (if desired). I enjoy being outdoors, cooking & baking, and reading.
