Looking for a certified overnight postpartum doula for newborn care 1-2x weekly to assist first-time parents at home (westside LA) to maximize sleep and recovery post-birth. I plan to give birht in a hospital. My estimated budget is $3100. I plan to give unmedicated vaginal birth. I require my provider to be doula certified.

Looking for a Carrot postpartum doula, hospital, 12,000.

I plan to give birth at UCLA Santa Monica. I really don't have much in the budget, maybe a couple thousand. I'm potentially interested in hypnotherapy and aromatherapy, but not opposed to an epidural, and would like a very quiet and calm environment with minimal yelling. Absolutely no circumcision under any circumstances. Apparently I have a chance at getting reimbursed for doula services if they work under a license of some kind, so that would be preferred. I have Blue Shield PPO, in case that's helpful. I'm 35 so "Advanced Maternal Age", and have been flagged as high-risk for my weight. Any experience helping first-time moms with larger bodies is appreciated. My first trimester has been very rough. Thanks for considering!
